The Finance Cost Productivity Leader is responsible for setting up process, tools and governance to manage cost for the region. This role will provide finance leadership to a cross functional team and will be focused on defining and refining our cost review processes, creating sustainable analysis and insights, leading to action plans that will facilitate the business meeting its financial commitments.The candidate will need to demonstrate capability in cross functional team alignment, a mindset for analytics and an in-depth knowledge of cost pools and how they are influenced.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with functions and operations to lead regional cost productivity efforts and drive visibility into cost performance.
Establish reporting tools, KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to improve accountability and proactive cost management.
Own cost productivity planning frameworks, including templates, action plans, policies, delegation of authority, and review rhythms.
Support forward-looking planning discussions, hiring decisions, cost actions, long-term strategy, budgeting, C&B, contractor costs, and other productivity initiatives.
Partner with central FP&A and zone finance leaders to translate cost actions into upstream P&L impact and ensure target cost delivery.
Identify, offset, and scale cost productivity projects while addressing cost pressures across functions and operations.
Calculate the impact of strategic processes, validate results, and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
Co-lead and sustain monthly cost and productivity operating rhythms.
Apply lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices to simplify processes and improve execution.
Work effectively across matrixed, multi-functional, multi-country, and multicultural teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of financial work experience.
Minimum 6+ years of experience managing or partnering with a multi-functional finance organization.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, controllership, financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
Experience working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business issues clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across levels, functions, and regions.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Fluency in English and any required local language.
Desired Characteristics
Knowledge of GE HealthCare financial and commercial operating systems.
Training or certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience managing teams distributed across multiple countries.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute clear action plans.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize under pressure, and support dynamic daily management systems.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work through ambiguity and changing business priorities.
Experience with SaaS and digital products.
Exposure to gemba walks and frontline operating rhythms.
