Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Develop new system architecture
- Determine design requirements and solutions
- Oversee industrial control panel and PCB design, layout, and bring-up, ensuring compliance with signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members in solving difficult control challenges
- Design and conduct experiments to characterize, troubleshoot, and improve complex lithography and optical inspection/metrology systems
- Ensure designs meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., SEMI, NFPA, CE, UL).
- Ability to design and build test fixtures for component and subsystem testing
- Composition of procedures for construction or qualification of assembly
- Work with manufacturing and QC to improve testing, troubleshooting protocols, and alignment of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies
- Innovative thinker capable of new and fresh ideas for problem solving.
- Travel domestic and international up to 5% .
Qualifications
- Experience with embedded systems, PLCs, FPGAs, or microcontrollers is highly desirable.
- Detail, structure, and process oriented with experience in operating within a product lifecycle process.
- Design and draft cables drawings for production use.
- Designing for international CE safety standards. Experience working with third party safety regulators a plus.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment motor, pneumatic, and temperature control systems.
- Experience defining and managing electrical interfaces between subsystems and vendors.
- Ability to support BOM selection, component standardization and lifecycle (OB) management.
- Experienced working with key module and component suppliers.
- Experienced in developing equipment with external partners to coordinate and collaborate total system requirements and objectives.
- Strong sense of urgency, discipline and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to resolve personnel conflicts communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving, technical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate, quantitative, and timely analysis.
- Exceptional oral, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary Range:
$108,000.00 - $162,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
