About the location:

The 123-room Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is the company’s second destination in Japan, in the city’s historic Higashiyama-ku district, close to the Kyoto National Museum and myriad heritage sites such as the Toyokuni Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple. Local artists are featured throughout the traditionally-inspired modern décor characterised by an understated Japanese aesthetic. The Hotel has a spa and fitness centre with a pool, and four food and beverage concepts. There are also be 57 Four Seasons Private Residences.

What you will

-Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates.

-Plan, develop, and implement an effective Talent pool plan for Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, including co-building a strong employer brand.

-Be a part of P&C team, on site, to enhance the engagement with employees, and involve with employee activities.

What you bring

·        Proven HR work experience as Manager or similar role

·        Understand and experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

·        Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

·        Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English (business level)

Note: This position is open only to candidates with valid Japanese work authorization, and fluent in Japanese language.
