Program Manager
Licenciatura en Ingeniería
Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia de 6 años en:
- Requerimientos específicos de cliente (TS/IATF16949 / ISO9000 / ISO 14001 / OHSMS) y estándares de la industria automotriz.
- Program Manager en industria automotriz Tier 1
- Conocimiento y experiencia en ejecución relacionada a APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Planes de Control, flujos de proceso, y cadena de suministro.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (CFT / PDT)
- Administrar programas de manera integral
- Gestionar el desarrollo del producto
- Planear, documentar y controlar los programas a través del PDP/APQP
- Mantener y mejorar la salud financiera de los programas
- Gestionar la relación con el cliente
- Administrar cambios de ingeniería
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de PPAP, LRR y SOP
- Elaborar y presentar reportes de estatus del programa
- Promover la mejora continua y el cumplimiento organizacional
