Job Description
Manage end-to-end valuation assignments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with external valuers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely valuation processes.
Perform accurate data entry of valuation information into internal systems and databases.
Maintain, update, and verify valuation records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Prepare, organize, and archive valuation files for audit readiness and compliance.
Maintain and follow up to ensure timely completion of valuation reports
Ensure all valuation activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across valuation reports and documentation.
Liaise with internal teams, property officers, finance departments, and external valuation partners.
Address queries relating to valuation timelines, documentation requirements, and report outcomes
Perform business development duties with relevant clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in property valuation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
