The Retail team transforms retail field data into actionable insights that guide national strategy and daily execution. We work closely with cross-functional leaders and partners to ensure accurate, agile, and impactful performance monitoring. Our focus on collaboration, analytical rigor, and operational excellence keeps Roku’s in-store presence consistent and effective.
About the role
We are looking for a Retail Analysis Manager to strengthen our operational intelligence. This position transforms field data into high-impact insights, dashboards, and executive reporting. You will work closely with operations leadership and manage a tactical Analysis responsible for daily, detailed execution monitoring.
What you’ll be doing
- Build top-level dashboards, analytics reports, and KPI summaries
- Consolidate data from Point Of Sales systems, sales, pricing, product performance, and store execution
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Provide executive-ready insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage and guide tactical analysis responsible for detailed daily reporting
- Ensure timely monitoring of attendance, task loads, compliance, and real-time risks
- Translate operational data into actionable recommendations for field teams
- Collaborate with Supervisors and store personnel who generate field data
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and analytical consistency
We’re excited if you have
- 2–4 years of experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, operations analysis, or similar roles
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, & data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- Experience working with field operations, retail execution, or store-level data
- Ability to convert complex datasets into clear insights and executive summaries
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying operational risks
- Coordinating daily analytical workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale data analysis
- Familiarity with operational systems like SHOPL
