The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an IT Business Analyst and Documentation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by translating business needs into optimized integration solutions that improve user experience, drive process efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Principle Responsibilities (essential job duties and responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements (including but not limited to process modeling, flow charts, data mapping, etc.)
  • Lead process discovery workshops and interviews to capture end-to-end business processes across functional areas
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Evaluate current processes and systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
  • Support project planning, testing, and implementation of new systems or features
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making
  • Assist in the development of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
  • Experience with Integration Applications (MuleSoft, AWS Microservices, SOA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft)
  • SQL knowledge or experience working with relational databases
  • Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
