Job Description:

Job purpose

This role is pivotal in development Brighter Academy and Bancassurance Academy strategy and end-to-end Advisors and Leaders Development roadmap.  The role will also be in charge of Distribution Executives development and ensure the building of capability for all markets.  The role will lead the design, development and delivery of key programs.

Major accountabilities

• Develop both Agency and Banca Learning and Development strategy and framework

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end Advisors and Leaders roadmap and program to drive recruitment, activity and productivity

• Develop the advancement of the Learning Management System by adopting the latest technology including AI and Data-Analytics

• Provide leadership and coaching to all local Head of Training and Development and develop quality assurance framework to build the most professional training capabilities among Asia.

• Design, develop and deliver Distribution Executives Develop Programs to all markets to build the best-in-class agency management teams in Asia

Specialized knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of design and building learning and development strategy and roadmap for agency and banca channel

• Excellence understanding key business metrics and how learning and development can drive those metrics.

• Strong knowledge of channel management, insurance products and propositions and business quality assurance

• Most updated knowledge of latest technological development of Learning Management System

• Solid knowledge and connection with renowned international insurance and leadership institutions

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience within the financial service and life insurance industry.

• Deep expertise and rich experience in Learning and Development

• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

• Excellent written, verbal communication and strategy development skills.

• Good influencing skills.

• Professional qualification in relationship to Learning, Coaching, or Leadership development
