Customer Service Representative - Ballynahinch

We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Team at our Operation Centre in Ballynahinch, BT24 7JU.

Please note that we are only able to accept applications from candidates that currently live within a 30 minute commute from BT24 7JU. A full driving licence is also a necessity.

As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

The salary for this position is £27,976 per annum.

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal

• A clear and professional phone manner

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general

• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
