Role Definition:
This Manager Logistics will mainly responsible for scientific planning, control, and optimization of inventory across the entire supply chain, including raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products. The primary objectives are:
• Reduce Inventory Costs: Minimize capital investment, storage expenses, and the risk of obsolescence.
• Ensure Supply Stability: Prevent stockouts that could disrupt production or lead to customer dissatisfaction.
• Improve Responsiveness: Quickly adapt to market demand changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• System inventory analysis: End to end inventory data analysis by CBS system raw data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Planning & Control: Define optimal inventory levels for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods; monitor CBS or system inventory data with deep analytics to find inventory reduction opportunity and adjust to meet production and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to resolve product-related issues and incorporate business requirements.
• System & Process Optimization: Lead development and refinement of planning systems and digital tools to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain or inventory management, with team leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems and digitized tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
• Knowledge of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, and automation technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• English communication capability is essential.
Additional information:
The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
