Job Description Summary

The Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as a key resource within the Real Estate Services (RES) team, supporting all global workstreams through data-driven insights and decision support. This role will partner with Workplace Strategy, Transactions, Project Management, Facilities, and Sustainability teams to develop dashboards, conduct space and occupancy analysis, track KPIs, and improve data quality. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen and thrives in a collaborative environment

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Enable data-informed decision-making across the Real Estate Services portfolio.
  • Develop intuitive dashboards and reports to support occupancy, portfolio planning, project tracking, facilities performance, and sustainability goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and optimize reporting processes.
  • Quality Assurance across systems (e.g., CoStar, Serraview, Saltmine, FAMIS 360, Yardi).
  • Provide insights that support workplace transformation, cost efficiency, and employee experience

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably within real estate, facilities, or workplace strategy.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and transformation (ETL).
  • Experience with BI tools specifically Power BI; DAX formulas is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret real estate data (e.g., occupancy, project milestones, facilities operations).
  • Knowledge of corporate real estate systems such as Serraview, Saltmine, CoStar, or CAFM/IWMS platforms.
