Manages all activities related to supply chain for the Site and overseas the adjacent Oral Care distribution warehouse activities. This would include performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors; Site Logistics and Distribution, Plant level demand driven scheduling and planning, Plant liaison to Direct Sourcing and Regional Supply planning personnel, Finished Goods dispatch to customers, Repacking Operations, Direct to Consumer order picking and dispatch.

Implementing plans and programs to provide best-in-class materials management systems and processes at the lowest possible costs, E2E leadtime and DIO inventory holding. Accountable for all departmental budgets and spending to meet or exceed business planning targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages all activities related to supply chain for the Site and adjacent Oral Care distribution hub. This would include performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors; Site Logistics and Distribution, Plant level demand driven scheduling and planning, Plant liaison to Direct Sourcing and Regional Supply planning personnel.
• Manages 3rd party operating the Haleon Oral Care distribution hub for China.
• Manages 3rd party operating the Haleon Direct to Consumer Oral Care capability for China.
• Manages warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, storage optimization, repacking, shipping, and compliance with EHS and Quality systems.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out leader responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Responsible for directing the planning, scheduling, and controlling of production and inventories. Procuring all materials and supplies to support the production plan and plant operations.
• Ensure and manage adequate and effective warehousing facilities – control and direction to shipping and receiving / warehouse departments.
• Implementing plans and programs to provide best-in-class materials management systems and processes at the lowest possible cost, E2E leadtime and DIO inventory holdings.
• Responsible to ensure systems and controls to optimize MRP, forecasting, plant connections and information flow for S&OP, Item Master, Bill of Materials, Work center masters, etc.
• Owns RCCP capacity management process as well as supplying detail inputs for capacity analysis and ensures consistent capacity assessments/asset allocation throughout plant.
• Sponsors process for VSM updating within plant and ensures connection to Global
• Deep understanding of Materials Planning, MRP, RCCP, inventory control, and capacity management within a manufacturing and distribution context.
• Demonstrates and coaches strong systems capability across ERP/MRP platforms, including Item Master, BOM, work centers, forecasting tools, and planning data governance.
• Demonstrates and coaches Lean / VSM principles, fixed repeating schedules (FRS), and continuous improvement practices aligned with global supply chain standards (e.g., ASCM).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Logistics and/or Engineering is required
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations within Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices, or FMCG environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end site supply chain operations, including demand-driven planning, materials management, production scheduling, finished goods distribution, and inventory optimization.
• Proven track record of managing third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, including warehousing, distribution hubs, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations.
• Strong exposure to S&OP / IBP processes, regional supply planning interfaces, and global supply chain coordination.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to create, cultivate and implement change is required.
• Must possess excellent stakeholder management skills with strong knowledge and partnering abilities within all business functions.
• Must be able to reach out beyond organizational and hierarchical boundaries.
• ASCM/CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) preferred
