What you’ll do
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and the appearance of a facility.
- Responsible for facility upkeep and appearance.
- May need to do work relating to the exterior of the building (snow removal, rake leaves, etc.).
- Gather and empty trash and trash bins.
- Wash windows, walls, and glass.
- Keep buildings secure by locking doors.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
- Clean spills and other hazards using squeegees and sponges.
- Clean bathrooms and stock them with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies.
- Reports the needs for building or equipment repair to the supervisor.
- Replaces light bulbs and/or reports safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain tools, janitorial, and maintenance equipment in an organized manner.

This role is based in our São Paulo facility. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
