We’re looking for talented interns to join our Corporate Finance team during the academic year of 2026-2027.

Are you a Master’s student with a keen interest in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)? At PwC, we offer you the opportunity to acquire international deals experience at ‘the best business school in the world’ by actively supporting the Corporate Finance | M&A Advisory deals team throughout the entire M&A process.
 

What you’ll learn and do

• Support on business development initiatives, conduct market researches and analyse the Belgian landscape in specific sectors

• Assist in the creation of presentations, financial analyses and pitches

• Conduct valuation exercises using a variety of methods

• Work on various deliverables throughout M&A transactions (information memorandums, long lists, dataroom assistance, etc.)

Who you are

• Final year Master student

• Outstanding academic record

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus

• Any prior experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or related finance positions is an advantage

• Eye for detail and uncompromising on quality

• Proactive and problem solver

• Team player

• Results-oriented and willing to go the extra mile

• Eager to learn and highly motivated

• Demonstrated interest in finance and in the M&A practice

• Available for a period of 3 months minimum
