HR Manager CEE

Make a measurable impact by leading HR services across Poland and the Eastern European region, supporting both operational and commercial teams.

Your Tasks

• Lead the adoption and execution of Armacell’s People Strategy across the region

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and team development

• Promote employee engagement and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment

• Ensure compliant HR operations in line with Polish labor law and relevant Eastern European regulations

• Manage core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits

• Drive continuous improvement as the leader of the “people development” pillar within Armacell’s continuous impovement program

• Champion the use and further digitalization of HRIS (Workday) across the organization

• Maintain effective relations with employee representatives and trade unions and coordinate accurate payroll and benefits administration

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of HR Manager or HRBP experience, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and familiarity with legislation in other Eastern European countries

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and people development

• Proficiency with HRIS tools, preferably Workday

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trustful relationships at all levels

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach

• Fluent in Polish and English, written and verbal
