Mechanical Senior Technician

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Maintain, repair and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for Air Liquide installations and equipment across customer site, PG filling stations and truck bulk fleet (White part) as to achieve the performance objectives in terms of safety, reliability, and cost effectiveness, according to country regulation, Maintenance plans and Air Liquide IMS procedures.
-Responsible for performing all the scheduled phases of mechanical maintenance operations in efficient manner.
-Identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner, and continuously improving skills and knowledge.minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize productivity, while providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
-After each work execution, he manages intervention report signed by the customers and communicates with his direct manager to ensure quality and integrity of the data.

1-Hands-On Maintenance & Emergency Repairs: Execute routine, annual, and emergency mechanical maintenance—installing, repairing, or replacing components safely using the proper tools and standard procedures.

2-Troubleshooting & Routine Inspections: Conduct regular equipment checks to catch mechanical failures early, diagnosing root causes and collaborating with production teams to keep operations running without interruptions.

3-Safety & IMS Compliance: Keep safety front-and-center by strictly adhering to HSE guidelines, LOTO protocols, confined space rules, and PPE requirements on every job.

4-Proactive Hazard & Problem Identification: Spot equipment glitches or unsafe site conditions before they lead to downtime, recommending and carrying out practical corrective fixes.

Are you a MATCH?

- Mechanical Technical Diploma or equivalent level of education.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical Measurement tools.
- Technical understanding of machining & lathing works.

- Good troubleshooting skills.  
- 7+ years of experience in Maintenance and Installation.

- Physical strength and agility.
