Job Location: Based in our HQ office in Bollington, Cheshire, UK, however, we offer great flexibility and hybrid working.

About Adelphi Research: Adelphi Research is a global market research consultancy. Our work focuses on designing and delivering insights that inspire action and drive change our clients seek to achieve. It is through the continuous development of our people and honing of our culture we drive our successes.
We are a dynamic, creative, and connected team with a thirst for learning, which is reflected in the meaningful relationships that we develop, both internally as a team and externally with our clients.
From our HQ offices in the UK and USA, we carry out research globally, working across a wide range of therapy areas.
We have invested time and development in adopting a model of transformational growth and change, which provides diverse opportunities for our teams to experiment in the spirit of continuously improving what we do.
The role: Our Research Managers are integral to designing and delivering great, creative solutions for our clients. You will have a thirst for personal development and experimentation, picking up the leadership of key initiatives set by the wider management and leaderhip teams.
You should have established excellent research and communication skills as well as delivering in a client centric, business focussed manner.
The Person: Whilst you may have more experience in either quantitative or qualitative research, the role will require you to work across both research types.
You will already possess strong skills, knowledge and application of market research techniques that are beyond the basics: from innovative qualitative techniques to potentially more complex quantitative approaches. In addition, you will be highly curious with the ambition to master a broad range of frameworks and methodologies to solve our clients’ business questions.
You aspire to be a positive role model for others. This translates into showing strong leadership and responsibility in the team, both for your direct reports and also for those that you are working with in organisational and project teams. You are able to develop and mentor others and ensure strong delivery through encouragement and constructive feedback.
