We are currently hiring for multiple headcounts across associate-level HR and People roles, supporting different teams and global stakeholders across early, mid, and night shifts.
We are looking for HR professionals with experience supporting international employee populations and full employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employee data administration, and HR process coordination within shared services or global environments.

As a People Shared Services Associate at our organization, your responsibilities include employee data management such as contract administration, certificate generation, benefit data administration, and archiving personnel documents in Workday, while maintaining high-quality HR master and movement data. Ensuring data accuracy, updating records, and reporting issues to the team are crucial aspects of your role. You'll collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin processes to support operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.
