The Position

The Quality Process Management team drives strategic design, continuous improvement, and compliance across our Quality Management System to deliver best-in-class pharmaceutical products. As an Intern / Early Talent Program Associate in Quality Process Management focusing on the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), you will gain foundational experience in regulatory compliance, quality systems, and data-driven cross-functional collaboration. This role offers hands-on exposure to global operations with guidance and mentorship designed to accelerate your technical and professional growth.

The Opportunity

• Assist in compiling and preparing global quality reviews by analyzing and visualizing product data from multiple enterprise systems.

• Evaluate product quality data to identify emerging trends, mitigate operational risks, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

• Support the generation of performance metrics, overall quality assessments, and automated reporting tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, meet project timelines, and resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain Quality Management System documentation, records, training materials, and annual schedules to ensure audit readiness.

• Participate in team discussions through active listening, open communication, and constructive, problem-solving engagement.

• Perform assigned quality oversight tasks in full alignment with global health authority regulations, GMP standards, and company procedures.

Who You Are

• You hold a minimum qualification of a first degree in a life sciences, biological sciences, biology, chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field before the start of the program from which you have graduated from within the past 2 years. And you are within two years of completion of a degree program in the before mentioned disciplines. 

• You possess a basic understanding of drug development processes and an entry-level understanding of the role of a regulatory professional.

• You bring up to 1 year of relevant post-degree pharmaceutical experience, with foundational knowledge of GMPs, industry regulations, and technical writing.

• You are an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, basic statistical skills, and comfortable working with technology platforms and data visualization.

• You are a proactive team player and clear communicator who thrives in global interdisciplinary environments and takes ownership of your personal learning.

• Reports to: Functional/Senior Functional Manager.

• Location: Hybrid, Based in Mississauga, ON. 

• Hours: full-time (35 hours per week).

• Length: This opportunity is a 2-year work term.

• Aproximate start date in January 2027.

This position is not eligible for relocation support. 

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 71 544,00 and 93 901,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
