About the Role:

Lead overall facilities management operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, maintenance, and operational standards while managing budgets, costs, and CMMS processes.
Oversee the delivery of facility services across sites, including engineering, maintenance, custodial, and life-safety functions, ensuring client and tenant needs are met effectively.
Manage service contracts, vendor performance, procurement activities, audits, and compliance programs to ensure contractual, statutory, and financial obligations are achieved.
Drive financial planning and performance by developing operating and capital budgets, monitoring expenditures, reviewing work order metrics, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Lead, develop, and performance-manage facility management teams while fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business leaders to achieve KPIs and continuous operational improvement.

About You:

Over 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related industry, including senior leadership roles, preferably with Asia Pacific exposure.
Relevant educational qualification in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or equivalent combination of experience and career achievements.
Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience, with a strong track record of leading, developing, and collaborating with teams.
Strong technical and operational expertise in facilities/property management, with the ability to interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Highly customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
