The Strategic Business Analyst / IT Consultant is a key role in Virtus’ growing Project Management practice. This person will support the Project Manager and clients in solving complex technology challenges. The ideal candidate excels at connecting data insights with business strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting leaders with clear recommendations and actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and IT environment.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and clients.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions align with best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 Years Experience in business analysis, strategy, or related consulting/analytical roles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred).
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills with ability to translate findings into business recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
