In this strategic global role, you will steer the performance, competitiveness, and lifecycle of Armacell’s acoustics product portfolio - connecting technology, markets, and business execution to enable sustainable growth.

Your Tasks:

  • Develop and execute the global acoustics product strategy in alignment with business objectives and long‑term market opportunities

  • Manage the global acoustics product portfolio and roadmap, ensuring competitive positioning and lifecycle optimization

  • Lead product lifecycle management from concept and development to launch, refinement, and phase‑out

  • Analyze global market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to define growth opportunities and strategic priorities

  • Define segmentation, product positioning, and value propositions to support global and regional commercial success

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Innovation, Conformity, Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver product initiatives on time and at target

  • Lead and support global product launches, ensuring adherence to stage‑gate processes and effective market adoption

  • Ensure compliance with acoustic standards and regulatory requirements, coordinating internal and external testing where required

 

Your Profile:

  • Higher degree in Acoustical Engineering or a related technical field; additional business or marketing education is an advantage

  • 7–10 years of international experience in product management, technical marketing, or portfolio leadership within engineered materials, insulation, HVAC, marine, or transportation industries

  • Demonstrated success managing complex global product portfolios with measurable commercial impact

  • Solid understanding of acoustic testing methods and certification processes (e.g., absorption, transmission loss, vibration damping)

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business‑relevant decisions

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex topics clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences

  • High customer orientation, strong compliance mindset, and readiness to work across time zones and travel internationally
