Power Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform. This hybrid role combines solution architecture, governance leadership, enterprise administration, and advanced analytics development. The ideal candidate will excel in designing scalable Power Platform solutions, implementing governance frameworks.

Role Overview

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will lead the design, development, and governance of Power Platform solutions—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide organizations in adopting best practices for both low-code development and business intelligence.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about enabling organizations through secure, innovative, and well-governed digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Architecture & Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions, with emphasis on Model-Driven Apps and enterprise architecture.
  • Build and manage Power Pages and integrated Power Platform components.
  • Implement ALM best practices using Solutions.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
  • Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other sources.
  • Provide technical training and guide customers through architectural decisions.

Power Platform Administration & Governance

  • Administer and support Power Platform environments using Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
  • Define and implement governance strategies, environment planning, and security models.
  • Manage licensing, capacity planning, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Analyze platform usage and performance using PPAC and M365 audit logs.
  • Establish and maintain a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).

Power BI Development & Analytics (Nice to have)

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Build efficient data models using DAX and Power Query (M).
  • Integrate data from SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
  • Optimize report performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Implement workspace governance, role-based access, and data security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Dynamics 365 & CRM (Desired)

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service).
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM on-premises, including:
  • Infrastructure installation and configuration
  • Customization (data model, forms, views, JavaScript, C#, plugins, workflows)
  • Integrations and cloud migrations
  • Performance tuning (SQL, IIS, networking)
  • Environment health assessments

Qualifications

Required

  • Intermediate to expert experience in Power Platform governance, administration, and development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate (cloud & desktop)
    • Dataverse
    • Power Pages
  • Advanced knowledge of PPAC and Center of Excellence Starter Kit.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven experience designing intuitive dashboards and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and modern engineering practices.

Preferred

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or related areas.
  • Experience in enterprise BI governance and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Consulting or customer-facing experience.
  • Background in business analysis or data science.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE or CRM on-premises architecture.
