Job Description

What you will do

As an Finance Analyst, you will support enterprise‑wide finance transformation initiatives focused on Record to Report (RTR). You will work closely with the Business Enterprise Lead, as well as Global and Business Process Owners, to drive process simplification, standardization, and successful ERP implementation across finance workstreams, including Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Forecast (PTF), Order to Cash (OTC), and Procure to Pay (PTP).

How you will do it

  • Support the documentation, mapping, and analysis of current and future state RTR processes, contributing to enterprise‑wide process simplification and standardization.

  • Participate in costing and cut‑off discussions in preparation for ERP go‑live activities.

  • Support the RTR Lead by coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication, and tracking key milestones during ERP implementation.

  • Act as an implementation partner across finance functions (RTR / PTP / OTC) to support a successful ERP deployment.

  • Contribute to the design and rollout of future‑state, end‑to‑end RTR processes for global finance, aligned with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion models, focusing on simplicity, scalability, and standardization.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, executing test scenarios, documenting results, and reporting defects.

  • Prepare data analyses and reports, and present insights to support informed decision‑making and continuous process improvement.

  • Support change management activities, including preparation of training materials, communication support, and end‑user training.

  • Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and cross‑functional teams, proactively resolving issues, escalating risks, and ensuring alignment with the overall Enterprise RTR strategy.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in finance operations, RTR, or ERP project environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • Advanced Excel skills (worksheets, tables, finance formulas/functions).

  • Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP platforms.

  • High‑level knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or OneStream.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
