Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in health economics and market access research, including literature review, data collection, and analysis.

  • Support the development, validation, and reporting of health economic models, e.g., cost-effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis.

  • Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional collaboration, documenting minutes and project materials.

  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal decision-making or external submissions.

  • Monitor domestic and international health policy and market access trends, synthesizing information into summaries.

  • Complete other administrative or research support tasks as assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in public health, health economics, pharmacy, medicine, statistics, or related fields.

  • Familiar with basic health economics principles and methods; proficient in data analysis and literature retrieval.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, SAS) is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; detail-oriented and responsible.

  • Team player with quick learning ability and multitasking skills.
