About the role

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule Monday - Friday; 2:00 - 10:30 pm

What you will do

As a Material Handler I, you will be responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. 

  • Proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment which may include, but not limited to stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, Reach, dock trucks.

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate movement of components used in manufacturing.

  • Management of material flow into the production scheme.

  • Coordinate the flow of materials requiring transportation within the manufacturing facility.

  • Work with quality and production to manage the process of moving parts and materials throughout the manufacturing plant.

  • Maintain a computerized inventory system (ERP), reconciling discrepancies as required.

  • Work with quality technicians and logistics material handlers to ensure correct component identification and traceability.

  • Assist the Team leader with miscellaneous duties and projects as directed.

What you need

Preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Forklift experience

  • Manufacturing experience

  

 

$20.75/hr. + $2.00 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible + benefits.
