A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic at a key moment in our transformation as we continue to strengthen operational excellence and anticipate a transition to MiniMed, our dedicated diabetes organization. This role is critical to ensuring service reliability, cost efficiency, and workforce stability by enabling accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and performance insight. As Senior Workforce Management & Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a central role in shifting workforce decisions from reactive to proactive through reliable data and analytics.

The role is embedded within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in a highly collaborative, international environment. You will act as a single point of accountability for workforce data and insights, working in a hybrid setup aligned with local guidelines and partnering closely with operations leaders, finance, and technology teams across regions.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Own workforce management analytics across demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Integrate data from forecasting, time and attendance, scheduling, and operational systems into consistent, trusted insights
  • Design and automate workforce dashboards and reports that support service level, productivity, and cost management
  • Standardize workforce metrics and definitions to strengthen governance and decision consistency across teams and regions
  • Enable proactive workforce decisions by identifying trends, risks, and capacity gaps before they impact service delivery
  • Partner with operational and leadership teams to support staffing models, productivity targets, and future workforce strategies

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in workforce management, data analytics, reporting, or a closely related role
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or workforce performance analytics
  • Strong ability to translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and governance
  • Fluency in English

Experience working with contact center or shared service environments, exposure to large‑scale transformation programs, or prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences is considered an advantage.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 152,320.00 PLN - 228,480.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
