This Position reports to:

Project Planning & Control Manager

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver and implement analytics strategy in one or more functional areas in alignment with business stakeholders. Each day, you will build and maintain large-scale statistical models that turn billions of data points into insights and actions. You will also showcase your expertise by driving data-driven strategy and decision making for predictive analytics and optimization by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and customization.

• Manage data migration activities such as extraction, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.

• Drive integration testing, UAT cycles, defect resolution, and go‑live preparation.

• Translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA functional solutions and prepare detailed functional/process documentation.

• Deliver comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training programs, including creation of user manuals, process flows, and hands‑on learning sessions.

• Support post–go‑live stabilization, continuous improvements, and change‑management initiatives to ensure user adoption.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, providing regular project status updates and ongoing support.

Qualifications for the role

• 6–12 years of SAP experience with hands-on S/4HANA exposure

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation

• Expertise in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.)

• Understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and business process redesign.

• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology

• Exposure to conversion or greenfield S/4HANA implementations
