Deine Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit an Beschaffungsaktivitäten: du verfolgst Liefertermine bei den Herstellern, mahnst diese an und übernimmst sowohl die interne Koordination mit dem Einkauf und Projekt sowie die Datenpflege im SAP Tool
- Mitarbeit zum Management der alltäglichen Beziehungen zu den Lieferanten: du bist bei den beiderseitigen Besuchen mit dabei und übernimmst verschiedene Aufgaben in der Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Mitarbeit in MFT-/MDT- Teams während der verschiedenen Auftragsphasen: du bist in Kontakt mit den verschiedensten Abteilungen bei Tesat um Sachverhalte zu klären
Deine Qualifikation
- du bist Immatrikulierter Student im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbares
- du bringst eine Affinität für IT-Tools mit, insbesondere Office-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
- du arbeitest gerne selbständig und im Team, entwickelst eigene Ideen und bist kommunikativ
- du hast gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (werden vorausgesetzt)
