• Broad career pathways from this role into Operations, Risk, or Project‑based leadership opportunities

Your new role 

Join us in this newly created leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Claims, Pacific. You will be:

•  A strategic partner to the Claims Senior Leadership Team, turning strategy into practical delivery
• The voice of Claims performance—using data and insight to improve outcomes for customers and the business
• Driving continuous improvement through performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• A trusted contributor to business improvement initiatives, projects, and cross‑functional working groups
• Ensuring there is risk awareness into decision‑making & appropriate controls support sustainable performance

About you 

• Experience in claims operations or claims leadership roles
• Strong capability in extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to support informed decision‑making
• Excellent problem solving, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions 
• Experience supporting and delivering team or function‑level strategy in day‑to‑day operations
• Confidence translating data and results into clear, practical insights for Claims leadership
