  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into product requirements, positioning, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Represent the customer perspective throughout the new product development process, from concept through commercialization.
  • Contribute to product launches by helping define requirements, commercialization strategy, positioning, forecasting, training, and customer communications.
  • Provide product-specific technical and commercial support to field sales teams and channel partners.
  • Contribute to the broader radiation detection product strategy and roadmap.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional teams to support business objectives and successful execution.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, product applications, business development, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization, positioning, or lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer and market insights into product or service improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business judgment and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in a science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • Experience in radiation detection, dosimetry services, regulated instrumentation, or a related technical B2B market.
  • Experience working in environments that require cross-functional collaboration across quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Core success factors

  • Customer-focused and market-aware.
  • Able to influence across functions and levels without direct authority.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
