About the location:

Guest Arrival & Departure

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Assist with unloading and loading luggage efficiently and safely
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities

Luggage & Transportation Services

  • Transport guest luggage promptly to and from rooms
  • Store luggage securely when required
  • Coordinate transportation services such as taxis, limousines, or shuttle services

Guest Assistance

  • Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
  • Handle special requests (e.g., extra amenities, deliveries, messages)
  • Support guests with mobility or accessibility needs

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams
  • Communicate guest requests and preferences effectively
  • Ensure timely service delivery across departments

Lobby & Entrance Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area
  • Manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance
  • Uphold safety and security standards
