Business Unit
The S3 HR and Management Line follows a "User-Focused and Employee-Oriented" philosophy and employs a three-pillar HR organization model. By offering "productized services and marketized management," the S3 HR and Management Line provides comprehensive support for developing Tencent's organization, talent, and culture, enabling employees to grow with the company.What the Role Entails
Advises the leadership team on management issues and effectively implements new or improved programs, policies, and processes to mitigate risk;
Leads, establishes, and implements human resources strategy aligned with overall business plans and objectives.
Monitors and ensures full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices; proactively reviews, drafts, and updates internal HR policies and compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Develops and drives local compliance initiatives and projects to ensure organizational adherence to evolving legal frameworks.
Possesses deep knowledge of local benefits practices and has experience working with local insurance providers or third-party vendors on benefits or HR-related initiatives.
Advises employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes, and supports a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.
Organizes and leads local cultural and engagement activities to foster a strong company culture and employee morale.
Demonstrates strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
Who We Look For
5-8 years' experience in human resource management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field;
Previous experience within the Tech & Startup sector;
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Fluency in both English and Mandarin to deal with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ
