1. 商品策略規劃、新商品發想與銷售分析(核心職責)

負責保險商品之策略規劃與企劃推動,包含新商品發想、商品定位與銷售策略規劃,定期進行競爭市場與同業商品分析,盤點市場缺口與商品機會;同時負責既有商品銷售表現之分析,與商品策略要求,並提出商品結構或策略調整建議。新商品上線時,需規劃核心銷售賣點、銷售主軸與通路推廣策略,並配合 保險商品導入與推廣。

 2. 商品專案推動與行政支援(支援性職責)

支援商品相關專案之推動與營運執行,包含商品上架流程協助與跨部門溝通、商品系統維護、因應法令或管理需求進行商品異動與內容調整、配合查核需求進行相關資料與網頁內容更新、配合保險商品上下架與相關文件維護等行政作業。

工作經驗

  • 3–6 年以上保險商品、商品企劃、產品管理或相關經驗
  • 曾參與以下項目之一以上:
    • 新商品規劃、商品定位或商品策略制定
    • 商品銷售表現分析(如保費結構、商品組合、通路差異)
    • 競爭市場/同業商品分析
    • 與銷售或通路單位合作進行商品推廣

必要能力與特質

  • 具備商品策略與企劃能力,能從市場與客群角度發想商品
  • 能分析既有商品銷售表現,理解商品結構、策略邏輯
  • 對數字具敏感度,能解讀銷售數據,並提出具體策略或調整建議
  • 具良好跨部門溝通能力,能與法遵、系統、行銷、通路協作
  • 能同時兼顧策略思考與實際落地執行
