About the role
The Opportunity:
We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities who can effectively follow directions and procedures. Each of the 5 positions will be assigned to a specific department, where you will work alongside other project analysts. The Junior Project Analyst will assist in data collection, analysis and the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Positions available: Project Manager Assistant, Quality Control, Travel Coordinating, Procurement and Event Planning.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager Assistant, you will support the project manager in overseeing various projects from initiation to completion. Assist in preparing and maintaining project documents, including plans, schedules, and reports. Assist in tracking project tasks and milestones.
As a Junior Project Analyst in Quality Control, you will assist in ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality. Gather data from project reports, conduct analyses, and prepare summaries to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in performing routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
As a Travel Coordinating Apprentice, you will support the travel coordination team in organizing and managing travel arrangements for employees and clients. Assist in booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. Help create detailed travel itineraries. Ensure all travel-related documents are prepared and organized. Work with travelers to confirm details and address any concerns. Assist in tracking and reporting travel expenses. Provide support in case of travel emergencies or changes.
As an Event Planning Apprentice, you will support the event planning team in organizing and executing various events. Help with the logistical planning, including venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements. Assist in tracking event budgets and expenses. Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As a Junior Procurement Assistant, you will support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of goods and services. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that the organization acquires the necessary resources efficiently and cost-effectively.

Required:
Excellent work ethic and desire to learn and grow
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$20.00
