About the Function
Diageo Polska is part of Diageo Central and Eastern Europe: a cluster of markets consisting of Benelux & Nordics, Eastern Europe, Greece, Poland. It is a diverse and exciting business with local and global customers operating across Off-Trade, On-Trade, E-Commerce and RTM. Reporting into the Head of Sales, Modern Trade, the Sales Assistant Poland will be primarily responsible for providing operational support to commercial teams and their respective customers across Off- & On-Trade channels in the Poland.

About the Role
Top Accountabilities
Business partner to Key Account and wider commercial teams.
Coordination and ownership of various internal and customer-related administrative and operational tasks across Off- & On-Trade – providing close support to Key Account Mgrs.
Direct customer contact, proactively and independently tackling day-to-day queries.
Data input and processing including promotional planning & forecasts, invoicing, price approvals – whilst maintaining overview and ensuring internal / customer alignment.
Support on management and administration of commercial budgets.
Support on various reporting flows – both internally and externally.
Support on various commercial planning & analyses – proactively sharing data-driven insights and recommendations across commercial teams.
Proactively seek ways to optimize internal and external ways-of-working.
About You
University degree (or equivalent), ideally in business or similar.
Similar work experience - ideally in FMCG – is preferred.
Experience with Power BI is desirable.
Fluent in English.
Overcomes obstacles with can-do, proactive, solution-driven and hands-on attitude.
Strong commercial thinking, fast-learner, adaptable and agile.
Strong analytical skills, proactively shares insights and recommendations.
Customer-first mindset balanced against Diageo priorities.
