Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Responsible for being knowledgeable for the regions client base and delivering quality service.
- Thoroughly understand and be able to communicate the LOB’s strategy.
- Assist the RM’s in structuring and pricing loans, generating fee income and deposits.
- Manage the PM’s so that the portfolio is being properly maintained and serviced.
- Help the team achieve their regional PTPPI goal.
- Make sure the team maintains their pipeline in salesforce.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
- 10+ years of relationship/account management experience selling real estate loans
- 5+ years leading, mentoring and motivating others
- Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
- Undergraduate degree required; Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Credit and sales training, portfolio management, customer service, management and training of employees.
Level of Complexity and Scope
- High level of complexity pertaining to structuring and pricing and credit analysis.
Degree of Independence and Decision-Making
Required Supervisory Responsibilities
- May manage others.

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
Development and Training
Pay Range:
$125,000/annually to $206,000/annually

All roles are incentive eligible with the exception of Co-Op, Intern, or Student positions.
