About the role

The Quality Senior Manager – Supplier Quality is responsible for developing and deploying global quality policies, procedures, and training programs that drive continuous improvement, supplier performance, and quality excellence across Carrier’s operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier quality systems, resolve systemic issues, and support strategic business objectives on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Senior Manager - Supplier Quality, you'll be responsible for:

• Lead supplier qualification, certification, monitoring, and quality management processes.

• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for systemic supplier quality issues.

• Establish and drive supplier quality performance metrics and standard work.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in supplier development and quality improvement initiatives.

• Develop and deliver quality training while coaching teams to support Carrier’s quality strategy.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Process Engineering within manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and RCA.

• Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, or A3.

• Advanced English communication skills and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Carrier Excellence Associate Certification.

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

• Experience delivering training to regional or global audiences.
