Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of US medical booths and above‑brand pipeline communications at key congresses.
  • Drive alignment in a matrix environment with US Medical, Scientific/Content teams, Field Medical, and US Commercial (CS&O/CMAR) to ensure one cohesive congress story.
  • Manage agencies/vendors and oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of congress assets: timelines, approvals, routing for channel execution, and a master graphics grid for in‑person and virtual touchpoints.
  • Ensure excellence and compliance across medical/legal/regulatory review; promote best‑practice sharing and operational rigor.
  • Provide strategic input on content formats and ensure consistent design/technical standards across all US Medical congress materials.

Your background

  • 6+ years in pharma/biotech with a primary focus on Medical Communications.
  • Proven congress & booth planning experience and strong cross‑functional leadership.
  • Track record in agency/vendor management, with procurement, budget, and resource know‑how.
  • Familiarity with US healthcare/pharma MedComms processes (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English
