Key job responsibilities
• Review and refine dialogue adaptations to ensure cultural authenticity, natural delivery, and proper lip-sync
• Maintain character voice, tone, and narrative flow while preserving creative context, humour, and emotional nuance
• Select AI-generated voices from our comprehensive voice bank, matching character profiles to appropriate voice characteristics
• Evaluate voice performance quality and consistency across episodes and scenes
• Assess AI-generated dubbing output for technical quality and creative authenticity
• Identify and resolve issues with pronunciation, intonation, pacing, or emotional delivery
• Generate improved dialogue variants using in-house tooling through iterative refinement
Audio Production & Mixing (Supporting Role)
• Perform basic audio mixing, integrating dubbed dialogue with original sound effects and music
• Ensure final output meets technical specifications and broadcast standards
• Collaborate with specialized audio engineers on complex mixing requirements
• Provide structured feedback to the product team on AI model performance
• Participate in testing and validation of new platform features

Basic Qualifications

- Fluent in Latin American (LATAM) Spanish with an understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (CEFR C2/C1)
- Verifiable experience in dubbing or post-production with digital audio workstations (ProTools, Audition, or similar)
- Background in translation or adaptation for audio-visual content with an understanding of dubbing principles including lip-sync, dialogue adaptation, and voice performance

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with AI-assisted dubbing platforms (e.g., 11Labs, Deepdub, Papercup)
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, production, marketing or equivalent relevant professional experience
