The work: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings and document business needs.
  • Create and update system designs; manage JIRA tickets for analysis and sprint work.
  • Support developers and testers by reviewing test cases and refining designs.
  • Write SQL queries and perform data analysis to validate requirements and support operations.
  • Author test scripts and contribute to quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with delivery for enterprise/MDM platforms.
  • Analyze production data to assist with root-cause analysis, research of issues/incidents.

Here is what you need:

  • Background as a Functional Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Experience documenting requirements and creating test scripts.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and interpret data.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and working with cross-functional teams.
  • US citizen or dual citizen (Public Trust eligible).

Preferred experience:

  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or enterprise data systems.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Understanding of incident-management processes.
  • Experience contributing to platform or enterprise data improvements.

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
