The Business Management and Agentic Lead owns the end-to-end operational support to the Operational Direct and the Chief of Staff including team agentic transformation.
The role spans three connected pillars:
1. Rhythm of business (ROB) operational support – Supporting the RoB director in day to day execution of the ROB for executive preparation and overall tactical execution.
2. Business Management Support to the Chief of Staff. Diary governance, team and event planning and general co-ordination in support of the chief of staff.
3. Applied agentic transformation of the Executive Office. Working with the AI transformation lead project manager, drive the transformation of the workflow for manual processes to the agentic workflow and automation of key processes across operations, communications and executive customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Rhythm of Business (RoB) Execution:
• Support the RoB Director in day to day operational execution of the executive RoB.
• Coordinate preparation for executive meetings, reviews, SteerCos, and business rhythms.
• Manage inputs, materials, timelines, and quality control for all RoB deliverables.
• Track actions, decisions, and follow ups across the executive operating model.
Business Management Support to the Chief of Staff:
• Govern and optimize the Chief of Staff’s calendar, priorities, and meeting flow.
• Plan and coordinate Exec Office events, team meetings, offsites, and operational rituals.
• Manage Exec Office operations including communications, coordination, and team workflows.
• Serve as the central intake and triage point for cross group requests into the Exec Office.
Agentic Transformation of the Executive Office:
• Partner with the AI Transformation Lead to redesign manual workflows into agentic processes.
• Identify, prioritize, and automate high impact processes across operations, comms, and exec engagement.
• Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of new agentic workflows.
Cross Cutting Responsibilities:
• Maintain operational standards, governance, and quality across all Exec Office outputs.
• Handle confidential information with strong judgment and discretion.
• Anticipate operational risks and drive proactive resolution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in business operations, program coordination, administrative/business management, PMO support, or Chief of Staff support functions.
- Experience supporting Rhythm of Business processes, operational cadences, or executive preparation preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with planning meetings, preparing exec-ready materials, and coordinating cross-functional workflows.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, trackers, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to map simple processes, identify manual steps, and document current state.
- Willingness to partner with AI PMs/transformation leads on redesign and adoption.
- Openness to experimenting with agentic workflows and supporting rollout/training.
Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
