Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, from August to December 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.

Role Summary 

The Business Intelligence Analyst Intern will support the Data, Transformation, Business Intelligence (DTBI) team by assisting in visualization standards, solution documentation, and quality assurance activities. This role will focus on creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), auditing deployed dashboards, and building a sample Power BI dashboard that demonstrates established best practices. 

The intern will gain hands-on experience working with analytics solutions, stakeholders, and enterprise documentation standards while contributing to improving the quality, consistency, and scalability of BI assets. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Draft, document, and publish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols in DTBI Confluence.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture existing processes, workflows, and handoffs. 
  • Perform a sample quality audit on 1–2 deployed dashboards and document findings, gaps, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Develop a basic Power BI dashboard that demonstrates documented best practices in data modeling, visualization, and usability. 
  • Prepare and deliver a handoff package, including:  Quality checklists, Remediation recommendations, Supporting documentation and references 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (report development, data modeling, basic DAX) is preferred. 
  • Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Excel. 
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools is a plus. 
  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
