Specialist Participant Maintenance

PADM team is responsible for correcting / updating participant level information, like allocating money to the funds, making indicative data changes, updating beneficiaries and enrolling the participants
 

Primary Responsibilities:
• Enroll participants in the system & maintain the records
• Modify participant data
• Review & quality check work performed by peers and specialists in the process
• Perform the role of an SME with an ability to provide thoughtful reasoning on why particular process needs to be followed
• Ability to compile, interpret and analyze data. Good judgment and problem solving skills
• Significant experience interacting with workflow systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many in-flight deliverables at once on tight deadlines
• Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements

Eligibility

• 8-10 years of experience US Retirement Industry
• 5 years of experience in DC is preferable
• Graduate or a Master's Degree in any discipline
• Good business communication skills with command in English, both written & verbal
