Position : Infrastructure Issue Remediation Oversight Support
Location : Pune
Brief about role
The Infrastructure Issue Remediation Oversight Support is a key position within the Global Infrastructure Risk and Control team, supporting the remediation of global Infrastructure process and control gaps. The ideal candidate should be risk and control minded and must have a background in identifying and effectively remediating process and control gaps in a sustainable way at a large financial institution. The position is expected to provide risk-minded guidance to Infrastructure Technology teams and will report to Infrastructure Risk and Governance Support.
Major Duties
Effectively support the global process and control issue remediation efforts.
Manage the regional issue remediation activities and support management in execution of the defined objectives.
Drive the Infrastructure Technology teams issue remediation to effective and sustainable solutions with minimal oversight.
Support reporting on current state of on-going remediations.
Establish working relationships and communications with key stakeholders globally across all lines of defense.
Ensure that meetings are effective and deliverables are issued accurate, complete, and provided timely to stakeholders.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in Financial Services with good understanding of Risk Management
Keen in learning and ability to adapt to new technology and challenges
Should have a good understanding of quality documentation and have strong skills to check and challenge the action plans and evidences provided by stakeholders
Solid understanding of bank wide Controls, Standards, processes, regulations, risks and controls.
Highly motivated, self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and can drive execution.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence and motivate teams across the organization.
Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders of differing viewpoints to reach consensus.
- Good hands on with Excel, reporting.
Good to Have
Internal Audit or Risk experience working
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
