Job Description:

Shield AI is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager to drive strategic planning, operational rigor, and cross-functional execution across the Marketing organization. This role will partner closely with Marketing leadership and key stakeholders across the company to improve how marketing plans, prioritizes, and delivers against its highest-impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a structured operator and program leader with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
