Your role
Transform Complexity into Insight: Apply analytical thinking and audit methodology to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and audit financial statements — delivering clarity in complex client environments.
Drive global client engagement: Collaborate with international clients across diverse industries including funds, operational companies, and banks.
Leverage technology for smarter audits: Utilize digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and uncover valuable insights.
Develop expertise in global standards: Build deep knowledge in accounting standards, sustainability matters and other key regulatory frameworks that shape global and local audit practice.
Collaborate to solve complex challenges: Work across disciplines to address multifaceted business issues with innovative solutions.
Your profile
We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow, learn, and contribute. You don’t need to meet every requirement; we encourage you to apply if you’re excited about the role.
Background: Degree in finance, accounting, audit, management, economics, business, or a related field — where you’ve learned to analyze, collaborate, and drive change.
No prior audit experience is required.
Timeline: You can either start in October 2026 or January 2027
Mindset: Curious and motivated to learn, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
Skills:
Tech-comfortable — whether it’s automation, data visualization, or exploring new apps.
Collaborative and communicative — you work well with others, connect ideas, and express yourself clearly.
Adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments and diverse projects.
Languages: Fluency in English required; French or German is a plus. An additional (European) language is a plus.
