KEY INFORMATION 

  • Length of contract: 6‑month internship, non‑renewable 

  • Reimbursement: €1,077.06 gross/month 

  • Location: Distribution Center in Sint‑Niklaas, Belgium 

  • Language requirements: English and Dutch 

  • Post‑Internship Outlook: While this internship is not designed to transition into a permanent or temporary role, opportunities may arise depending on business needs and individual performance 

  • Streamlined recruitment process: 2 interviews (Recruiter – Hiring Manager) 

JOB SUMMARY & DETAILS 

As our HR Operations & HRIS Intern, you will support projects that are transforming the way our HR teams work every day. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to enhance processes, improve digital workflows, and help streamline internal service delivery. 

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, HR systems, problem‑solving, and making processes more efficient. 

You will gain hands‑on exposure to Workday, Microsoft Copilot, shared‑drive structures, and HR mailbox management, while contributing to improvements that impact employees across the organization.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for when joining our team: 

 

1. Workday Case Management Support 

  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of the new Case Management module 

  • Help document processes and identify improvement opportunities 

  • Support user acceptance testing and feedback collection 

 

2. HR Mailbox Optimization (Microsoft Copilot) 

  • Help structure and streamline HR mailboxes to improve service levels 

  • Assist in building automated response flows and templates using Copilot 

  • Contribute to service improvement by identifying recurring employee questions 

 

3. Mediwe & HR Administration Support 

  • Support administrative follow‑up related to Mediwe processes 

  • Ensure accurate, timely handling and compliant documentation 

 

4. Process Optimization & Digital HR Tools 

  • Help map, simplify, and improve HR workflows 

  • Collaborate on projects focused on efficiency and employee experience 

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

  • You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, HR Technology, IT & Business, or a related field 

  • You have a strong interest in HRIS, digital tools, and process optimization 

  • You are analytical, curious, and enjoy solving problems 

  • You are proactive, well‑organized, and comfortable working independently 

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English and Dutch 

  • You are eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, international environment 

  • Experience with HR platforms (such as Workday or Protime) is a plus, but not required
