About the role
Responsibilities:
Product Positioning: Define and articulate unique selling propositions (USPs) for our wireless IC products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals. (30%)
Business Execution: Drive opportunity funnel creation to achieve new product business plans, drive the conversion of opportunities to production and strive to meet or exceed business unit goals and objectives. (30%)
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather voice of customer, feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings. (20%)
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies. (10%)
Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, sales, product development and LoRa ecosystem teams including LoRa alliance members to ensure product alignment with market requirements and to drive successful product launches. (10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3-5 years of experience in business development role within the wireless semiconductors technology sectors.
Proven experience in competitive analysis and developing go to market strategies for new products
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-Driven Individual with an exceptional professional presence, good business acumen and knowledge to establish immediate credibility with customers, vendors/suppliers, employees and the management team.
Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
Define and drive competitive positioning, value propositions, and messaging for key products and platforms.
Analyze product performance metrics (design-ins, revenue, share) and deliver forecasts and strategic insights to business leadership.
Represent the product line at key customer meetings, industry events, and internal strategy reviews.
Able to travel in India, 20-30%

Strong understanding of low power wireless technologies (e.g., LoRa, FSK, BLE, ZigBee, 802.15.4/4g, Wi-Fi)
Strong business acumen with ability to balance technical depth and market insight.
Lead customer engagement efforts in collaboration with field sales, FAE, and business development teams to drive design wins and revenue.
Proven experience in servicing IOT applications and customers
