Forming CNC worker

1.    Responsibility/ Trách nhiệm:
•    Mỗi người chịu trách nhiệm vận hành tối thiểu 6 máy.
•    Đảm bảo hiệu xuất, năng xuất các công việc đã được giao và báo cáo mỗi ngày.
•    Bảo quản, bảo dưỡng máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ được giao.
•    Giữ gìn vệ sinh trong khu vực làm việc và trong nhà máy.
•    Tuân theo tất cả các chính sách và quy tắc anh toàn của công ty và tập đoàn.
•    Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các hướng dẫn vận hành máy móc.
•    Tham gia các lớp huấn luyện an toàn thường xuyên.
•    Thực hiện kiểm tra khu vực làm việc và máy móc vào đầu và cuối giờ làm việc.
•    Đảm bảo các sản phẩm làm ra đạt tiêu chuẩn.
•    Đảm bảo tuyệt đối an toàn cho bản thân và những người sung quanh.

2.     Accountability/ Quyền hạn:
•    Ký nhận đơn từ liên quan đến công việc.
•    Góp ý, đề xuất các phương án cải tiến nâng cấp máy móc thiết bị để đảm bảo an toàn , nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
•    Yêu cầu quản lý trực tiếp hỗ trợ các vấn đề không thể tự giải quyết hoặc vượt quá khả năng.
